Each burner tube penetrates the adjoining tube then is welded for unrestricted gas flow. All of our rings are 304 stainless steel so your burner will remain trouble free in the outdoors. All of our flame holes are precession drilled not punched so there are no tabs pushed inside restricting gas flow. By using our stainless steel Burner Ring you have a corrosive resistant burner that will survive the harsh outdoor weather. Please note, your incoming gas line size needs to be matched to the size of your burner. 18, 24, and 30 inch models are made for 1/2" connections while the 30HC (High Capacity) is made with a 3/4" connection for added BTUs. Consult your installer for the exact size of line needed. We always recommend that all gas products be installed and serviced by professionals that have been certified by the NFI or WETT.
